Subletting my room for 3-6 months

Hey all,

I am looking to sublet my room for 3-6 months, from early June to Sept/Oct, or until December 25.

We live in a beautiful tenement flat close to the Botanics in the West End, with lots of natural light, wooden floors and lots of plants.
There is a spacious living room, a modern bathroom with great water pressure and a large kitchen with all the appliances. My flatmate is a cool and kind person, just finished his Phd in Philosophy from UoG, and is mostly out and about in the city or cooking and reading/writing.

The room is a large double, the largest in the house, which has natural light (or sun, when it comes out) all day long, since it has south-east orientation. Rent includes bills too.
It is possible that I will not return as well after that, so it could be a longer living situation for whoever takes the room.
