Looking for a short-term sublet in the heart of Glasgow’s West End? I’m renting out my furnished double room in a 6-bed all-female student flat from 20th May to 22nd June (4–5 weeks).

5-minute walk to Glasgow Uni

Surrounded by Tesco, Waitrose, M&S, and close to Ashton Lane

Spacious loft room with a desk overlooking Byres Road in the feature arch of the ceiling

Plenty of storage – wardrobe, chest of drawers & shelves

Electric heater available if needed

2 bathrooms (1 shower room)

2 kitchens with a dishwasher & washing machine

The flat is sociable but won’t be too busy in May as we’ll mostly be working

Some flatmates smoke in their rooms (not in communal areas, and always with doors closed) – I don’t smoke and have never smoked in this room

Guests are welcome, just keep communal areas tidy and no smoking there or in my room.

£650/month (all bills included, no council tax to pay)
