Looking for a new flatmate mid august

Hey! My flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room in our lovely 3-room apartment. The rent is around €560/month including bills, and the place is super well-connected – just a 2-minute walk to Patrick station (bus, train, and subway access).

The apartment is already furnished, and the room will be available from the middle of August. You’ll be sharing the flat with me and one other flatmate – both of us are easy-going, respectful, and enjoy a calm lifestyle.

A bit about me – I love books, appreciate a peaceful home, and value a clean and organized space. We use a simple cleaning schedule to keep everything in great shape, and it works well for all of us. We'd love to find someone who feels the same and is open to being more than just flatmates – ideally a new friend 😊
