Lovely, well lit, 2 bed flat in a nice area 15 minute walk from Byres Road, 4 minutes from Hyndland station, 8 minutes from partick subway station, 15 minutes from partick retail park and right beside local park. It’s a fully furnished basement flat but doesn’t feel like one because its light and the back half is on the ground floor and looks out onto the communal garden.

I’m a student at UofG going into my final year studying French and sociology and I’m looking for a friendly female flatmate to fill the other room in my lovely little flat. I’m a sociable gal who loves to yap and go on the occasional night out but I like to keep the flat a peaceful place so not looking to make it a party house and I’d like to share it with someone who feels the same. Ideally looking for someone who’d be up for being pals as well as flatmates-nothing intense just good energy and maybe the odd wholesome activity.
