Cozy Room in Girls Flat in West End

I’m moving away and am looking for someone to replace me in my contact as 3rd flatmate in this lovely flat in Finneston.

The Flat: We live on the top floor of a tenement flat and the room is fully furnished. We are a very clean household and have a cleaning rota we switch every month. No pets and no smokers, please.

The Area: The area is very lively, with loads of shops, restaurants and cafes. We are also right by Kelvingrove Park and a 30-minute walk from the city centre. Exhibition centre train station is a 10-minute walk away and there are various bus stops nearby. Lidl, local Saintrsbury, local Tesco, and Roots and Fruits are all within 10-minute walking distance.

Bills: Bills (council tax band c, wifi, gas and electricity) are around 140pp in total per month.

About the current flatmates: We are a social flat and often do stuff together, e. g. cook, watch shows, go to gigs, play board games or just chat with a tea in the kitchen. So we are looking for someone who will fit into this dynamic.
Lea works full time from home (desk in the living room) apart from 1 day a week, and Lauren is a masters student so is often out certain days and at home on others.

I would be looking for someone to take over the lease in middle of June or July. While there’s no preference for students vs professionals, any student would need to pay towards council tax. Anyone moving in would also need to have a UK guarantor.
