Looking for a new flatmate :)

Hellooo,

One of our flatmates is moving out at the end of this month and we are looking for a student to move in and take her room. We are both students at UofG and would love someone clean and respectful to move in. We are both very easy going people and will be moving out sometime in the summer, so if you are planning to move in then we will help you in finding new flatmates to take over the lease (around August time)!

Rent is very cheap for glasgow west end and its a perfect location with a tesco and the botanics practically at your doorstep! I've really enjoyed living here this year and this room will most likely go quite fast so shoot me a message if youre interested!

3-bed ground floor flat
Kitchen has everything you need (except a microwave, but we have an air fryer)
1 Bathroom
2 fridges (lots of space for 3 people)
Some storage space
Access to garden
Wifi is included in the rent
Utility bills usually around £30-40

I also have a lot of stuff I will be giving away once I move out in the summer so thats an extra perk :)
