I am delighted to be able to offer 2 rooms in my flat up for rent. With my current work commitments, it didn’t seem wise to keep my room as I am rarely in the property. Currently I have one other room rented so you would be joining a lovely house with a young professional.

The flat is in a fantastic location and is close to all amenities, a minute’s walk from all transport facilities; Kelvinhall underground, Partick train, underground and bus station. Supermarkets are exceptionally close too with Tesco’s, Lidl, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s all within a stone’s throw. All around us is a host of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, bars/pubs and shops etc.
We would be looking for people to join the flat who are clean and tidy, friendly and who will be respectful of the property. This is more of a home than just a rented flat.
The flat is a good size being a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom property. It has tones of natural light which makes it bright and airy. It is over two floors with the TV room, sitting area upstairs and it has several Juliet balconies and one main open balcony upstairs.
There is private parking also available but would be at an additional cost.
