Single Room very close to UofG

Hello!

My flat mate is graduating, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room. It is a single bed with a nice view of the back garden. It has a dresser and a clothing rail. While there isn't a desk, there is a kitchen table and sofas in the living room and I won't disturb you if you're doing work there. The library is also about a 5 minute walk away. The bathroom is shared.
There is a full size fridge, a separate freezer, and a washing machine. I have a clothes drying rack that you're welcome to use.
The flat doesn't get much noise from the outside and the building in general is quiet.
Per person: broadband is £12 a month, electricity about £15, and gas £8 (this is without using the heating).
I don't mind if you're not a student, but you'll need to sort out the council tax. (it's band B I believe).

About me: I'm going into my 4th year at UofG studying Neuroscience. When the weather's nice on the weekends I like going hiking. I have friends over occasionally for chill hang outs. I would say I'm a normal level of clean, but as long as you're doing your best and things aren't super gross, it's fine. I'm almost always down for a chat or movie night!
