Urgent! Need Of Subletter From June 1St- West End

Hiya! My name is Grace and i'm a student at GSA. My friends and I have just signed a lease on this flat, but i don't think I’ll be around over the summer months so looking for someone to rent my room! IM moving out early june, so would preferably like to do the hand over then. My three other flatmates might be back and forth, but you will most likley have the place to yourself most of the time! I'll be back sometime in september, not sure quite when yet but we can work that out close to the time:) We also have a shared garden that gets sun in the late afternoon/ evening so perfect for a nap in the heat. I'm very chill, so more than happy for you to stay as long or as little as you'd like. My only ask is that you keep it nice n tidy!
