My flatmate is moving home in the middle of July and I’m looking for someone to take over her room ideally on a longer term basis (only female professionals please!)
I’m an accountant so work from home sometimes but I’m very outgoing, social and enjoy the odd night out. ideally looking for someone I would see as a friend then just a flatmate.
The flat is gorgeous and a good price for the area, it’s very quiet but the neighbours can be social. It’s a 5 minute walk from Lidl and about a 7 minute walk from Kelvinbridge subway.
The rent is £500 and bills come in at about £200 (council tax, WiFi and bills)
