Room for rent in social girls flat

Looking for a new flatmate to live with us in a 3 bed tenement flat in the Woodlands area of the west end. Absolutely fab location within walking distance from town and Glasgow uni, Finnieston, right next to Kelvingrove Park. Few mins walk from Kelvinbridge subway station and 10 mins to Charing Cross train station. This is my (Caitlin’s) fourth year living in this flat so I’ve got a great relationship with the landlord and the lovely neighbours as well!

It’s a 3 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen and living room/dining area, and shared bathroom with both a bath and shower as well as a communal garden. You can apply for a parking permit to park on the street however it is often quite competitive for a space.

Caitlin - I’m 24, I study an art history masters at Glasgow uni part time so this will be my second year of it. I really love socialising and going out and to the pub, and having little social events in the flat, n also love having wee movie nights :) I’m vegetarian but don’t mind if you aren’t as long as food is kept separate in fridge etc and you have your own oven trays etc

Gweni - I’m 24, I’m just finishing my masters in history over summer and I’ll be working quite a bit too! Love music, arts and crafts and cooking (I eat meat). Very social love a pub night or chilling in front of the tv and hosting wee dinner parties!

£600 each pcm, not including bills which are roughly £90 (gas & electricity, and virgin media wifi) council tax is around £180pcm total (band E) if you aren’t a student, but if you are then we get a discount and it would be around £140.

Full disclosure we are both quite social and like to go out and have friends over and the occasional party, so looking for someone who is okay with a social flat, of course you can join the fun! Although we are generally very respectful of each others space.
