The flat is located at the bottom of Byers road, a 5 minute walk from Glasgow university, only a 1 minute walk from the kelvinhall subway station and 10 minute walk from the Partick train station. This flat is right on the 77, 3 and 2 bus routes. The flat is also within 10 minute walk to Sainsburys, Lidl, Morrisons and M & S.

The available bedroom would share a bathroom with 1 other flatmate as there is a room with an ensuite. The balcony gets lots of sun in the evening and is a great place to sit. The flat is council tax band C. Bills and council tax are about £150 PCM plus rent.

We’re ideally looking for someone who’s working, but we’re open to students as well. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so we’re after someone who’s considerate and happy to help with that. We're also fairly sociable and enjoy the odd chat or evening in, so someone who’s friendly and up for that would be a great fit.

You’d be sharing with two current flatmates, aged 22 and 23, so ideally we're looking for someone in their 20s. We're keen to meet people who are interested so you can come by, see the flat, and get a feel for what we’re like.
