Double room in light and spacious West End Tenement flat. Situated next to gorgeous Kelvingrove park which will become like your back garden! The West End is great - there are high streets within 15 mins walking distance, a Lidl 10 mins away and many coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs 3 mins walk away. It’s a lovely area 🐿️

There’s a large living room with an old piano, a small sofa and no other furniture at the moment

There are 3 large cupboards in the flat and plenty of storage space. Bath and shower 🚿

Your room will come with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. High ceilings, carpeted floors and big windows. The whole flat gets a lot of light, I love it here.

I’m Asya, a 30 year old songwriter and artist. Soon to be student :) I love music, sewing, going to gigs, dancing, cycling, cooking, nature, sci-fi and lots of other things.

Students only due to council tax reasons. Creatives especially welcome ❤️ This flat is a place of peace, work and focus so no regular parties, excessive noise etc. But I’m sure there will be get togethers now and then!

Good communication, respect for boundaries and respect for privacy is really important to me. Please respect my space and ask before using my things. I value my own time a lot but I’m not antisocial by any means! I’d love to live with someone who I could hang out with :)

IMPORTANT: I need someone who is able to clean up after themselves daily, leave the kitchen clean after use etc. Also please help to maintain cleanliness of communal areas! This is a must ❤️
