Double room in Finnieston with private bathroom

I am a doctor from Belfast. I’m looking for someone to replace my current flat mate as she is moving abroad next month!

The flat is a two bed, two bathroom flat in the West End and close to the city centre. It has a bright, spacious living room and moderate kitchen space. You would have your own private bathroom.

There is a gym, supermarket and train station all well within 5 minutes walk. The flat has access to a roof terrace and parking just next door to the building. Council tax band F.

Im an active guy who enjoys playing football, tennis & running. I’m clean, considerate and enjoy socialising. Ideally i’d get to know my house mate but would be respectful of privacy/downtime too!
