Hello! My name is Esha. I am looking to rent out my flat located in the west end of Glasgow, halfway between the university and the city centre.

The flat is a duplex apartment in the Finnieston area. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and ample storage space. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. The flat also has its own multi-room speaker system built within the ceilings with bluetooth connection. The flat itself is a 15min walk to the uni and a 5-10min walk to the city centre. It has 1 allocated parking space in the underground car park. There are also great transport links (bus stops, subway, train station) nearby.

Bills vary from month to month depending on usage. They include electricity, gas and wifi. Bills are exclusive of the rent cost.

I’m hoping to find a family or other potential tenants who are clean, tidy and respectful of the flat and the neighbours in our building, which has a quiet, family-oriented atmosphere.
