A furnished small double room is available to rent in a bright, spacious three-bedroom flat. It is located on Wilton Street, just a short walk from Kelvinbridge and Great Western Road.

All bills included (council tax, utilities & wifi etc).

The room comfortably accommodates a small double bed, wardrobe and desk, and also benefits from under-bed storage.

The flat has a shared kitchen with a breakfast table, a spacious living room with a dining table, and one shared bathroom. I've owned and lived in the flat for the past 6 years.

The household consists of three bedrooms in total. I live in one of the rooms, my flatmate Martin rents another, and I'm looking for someone to rent the third room.

The location is ideal, with plenty of great coffee shops, pubs and local amenities all within walking distance.

I'm a Chartered Accountant working in Glasgow and am ideally looking to share with another young professional. I enjoy keeping active through sport and the gym, as well as grabbing a coffee or a good pint.
