Looking to find to someone to flatshare with me for the next university year I’m looking for someone that is a student or around ages with me (21). I am looking for a flatshare as my flat mate is not coming back to university, the flat is based in West End, Finnieston which is around a 10/15 minutes into City Centre and is well located for any of the universities in Glasgow.

There is option for parking out front of the flat with a permit, and there is an open garden at the back of the property.

The rent for this flat is £500 a month (this does not include bills) other bills come out to around 75 monthly. (Deposit to be included upon speaking with Landlord)

The flat is furnished, the room has a double bed, desk, bedside drawer and sliding door closet. With shared kitchen and bathroom, which has all necessary equipment and appliances.

Looking for someone to move in preferably between the 28th of July - 5th of August.
