Spacious Furnished Room in Glasgow West End

Hi! A spacious room, in a fully furnished flat is available from the 15th of December 2025.

The room is in a 2 Bedroom Flat near the City Centre on the Great Western Road. It has beautiful large windows to let in a tremendous amount of natural light.

There's a Tesco right across the road, it is surrounded by beautiful restaurants and cafes. It is very well connected, Kelvinbridge subway is just 2 mins away, and the bus stop is right adjacent to the house.

You would be sharing the flat with my current flatmate who's a professional male working from home two days a week.

Energy Bills amount to around £35 per person based on usage. Other than that there's council tax that's about £120 per person.

The house has two rooms a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. Given that the rooms are huge, we do not have a living room. Also, full disclosure, the flat is on the third floor and unfortunately there isn't a lift in the building.

I am leaving the place because I'm moving out of Glasgow.
