1 bedroom available in our cozy Finnieston flat

The flat and building were recently renovated and it is in an ideal location in Finnieston. The room is available from end of August/early September (move in date is flexible) and comes furnished. Pictures are from post renovations, so we now have cute art up on the walls and throw cushions on the sofa etc.

About the Flat:
It has wooden floors throughout and a large living room/kitchen area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a large fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher - with a washing machine in the main bathroom. Although the flat has 3 bedrooms, my bedroom has an en-suite so the main bathroom is only shared between 2.

The flat is on the first floor. It has a Sainsbury’s, Tesco and post office all within 5 minutes and a large Lidl 10 minutes away. There’s tonnes of great restaurants and bars all around us, so we have plenty of amenities on our doorstep.

A bit about us:
I’m Eirin and I’m 27 and work in the NHS as a clinical scientist. I’m from the Scottish islands and have lived in Glasgow the past 9 years. I’m super friendly and outgoing, and can talk for Scotland. I’m pescatarian and love reading, gaming, and enjoy a pub night out. I also love throwing a themed party every once in a while 🎉
I very occasionally look after my family dog - she’s a well trained (and very cute) black lab but obviously would want to make sure people are comfortable with dogs.
Hi I’m Yasmin, I’m 24. I’ve recently moved to Glasgow from Florida, but I’m originally from Ireland. I like running, yoga, I’m also pescatarian and love a good night out or a chill night in.
We’re a clean and tidy flat and want someone coming in who’s the same and who also loves a homey flat environment <3
