Room to Rent for Professional in Hyndland

Hi all,

Due to a current flatmate moving out of the flat in Sep, we are looking to get a new flatmate in.

We are looking for a professional, who will keep a clean shared space and engage with us on keeping the flat clean day-to-day.

The flat itself is located in Hyndland, neatly positioned a few minutes away from two subway stations and local amenities.

The rent is £500 a month each and there would be an expectation to contribute towards shared bills such as electricity and broadband. Furthermore, a deposit of £500 would need to be paid before tenancy would commence.

The room itself is large and has a double bed, with other furniture immediately available for use. There is also a large hallway, Kitchen and bathroom. The flat is gas central heating.
