New Flatmate Required

Hello!

We are two working professionals + a cat - Darren (28), Harry (26), Shiva (6) - currently living in a beautiful and spacious flat in Glasgow’s west end. We are looking for a short term lodger to move into our spare room when our current flatmate moves out mid-August to pursue her career in London, and stay with us up until mid/late November.

We are both social, clean, and friendly people. We both enjoy climbing, eating good, and watching films together on the projector. Darren enjoys running, cooking and reading while Harry enjoys a wee pint with friends, spending time with the animals, and photography/videography. Shiva enjoys food above all else, long naps, and scratches behind the ears (but not the belly!!)

We are a non-tobacco smoking flat. We like to keep on top of the cleaning - not leaving dishes in the sink for example. We ask that the right candidate recycles and looks after our shared spaces as well as the planet.

There are a couple of fish tanks throughout the flat. One containing an axolotl, and the other a couple of goldfish; so being comfortable around animals is a must.

Great ground floor location with a park just across the street. Within a five minute walk to either Partick or Hyndland station, to subway and bus links, and a selection of supermarkets/cafes/bars.

The room offered (pictured in the first couple pics) comes fitted with a double bed, large wardrobe, mirror, and low rise bookcase. However, the room can be adapted to be partially or un-furnished

The rent of £900pcm includes rent and all bills (we have fast wifi).
