Looking for a student flatmate west end

Hi looking for a flatmate to join me in a joint tenancy

Flat is currently 525 a month plus bills (roughly 30/35 in electric/gas and 16.50 for the wifi)

Shared bathroom and living spaces, we've got a washing machine, dishwasher etc. And a shared garden out the back. The area is relatively quiet but close to the west end. No pets.

Roughly 20-25 minutes walk to Glasgow uni campus in Kelvinside/Maryhill area. 2 minutes from bus routes to the centre etc. 5 minutes from a Tesco. 20 minutes from a lidl.

I'm autistic so preferably somebody who can be understanding of that and I'm 21 so around that age would be good. I'm quiet, don't tend to have people over, and would prefer someone who can be tidy in shared spaces.

Unsure about the amount of deposit but should be no more than first and last.
