I’ve recently bought this lovely flat, and I’m looking for someone to share it with. Unfortunately my current flatmate has had to move out and leave Glasgow due to personal circumstances

Private master bathroom (I have my own en-suite, so it’ll be all yours most of the time)

Lovely garden/terrace – perfect for relaxing or enjoying the sun
Freshly purchased and furnished.
Rent: £700 per month (bills not included)
I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and considerate to move in once the furnishings are sorted.
Ideally someone in a similar position, (doing their masters year) although I would be more than happy to share with someone starting a new career/young professional.
