Hi, I am moving out soon and am looking for someone to rent my double room in a 5 bed house share on kersland street. There are 2 shared bathrooms and shared living room, kitchen and garden. 2 minute walk from the university and Byers rd so super convenient location! Non students preferred for council tax reasons, but students will be considered. Room comes fully furnished with double bed, desk and desk chair, 2 wardrobes and 2 dressers.
