Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over the SpareRoom in the St George’s flat I am currently renting.
About the flat:
The flat is in the perfect area in between the city centre and the west end. It is a 2 minute walk to both St George’s cross subway station and to great western road and only a 10 minute walk to Sauchiehall street.
The room comes UNFURNISHED however the living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished (I am currently waiting on some more furniture for the living room I. e coffee table and dining table to be delivered). The bedroom is spacious enough for a double bed, desk etc and comes with a full fitted wardrobe. Rent is £547 per month and bills are on a pay by use meter system however usefully comes to around £35 each in summer and around £60 each in winter. WiFi is around £15 each and council tax is £94 each.

I am a 24 year old architectural assistant who’s recently graduated from the Glasgow school of art. I currently work a few days a week in an office and occasionally in a bar at night on the side. I am a very social person who likes to be friends with whoever I’m living with and am always up for a chat however I also respect the need for space!
Preferably non students due to council tax reasons however more than happy for a student who wouldn’t mind sharing the council tax.
