Double Bedroom Available In West End

looking for someone to hopefully move back in to my old flat with me!

it's a lovely 2 bedroom tenement flat located directly off of byres road, <5 minutes walking distance to the university of glasgow and within 5 minutes of both kelvinhall and hillhead subway stations.

the bedroom available is the larger of the 2 and comes fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as a full length mirror. it also has a beautiful large window right by the bed which lets in lots of natural light (when the glasgow weather cooperates). the kitchen is a little small, but the living room more than makes up for it -- it's very spacious, with more large windows and natural light, and lots of storage space available. the flat comes fully equipped with a washing machine, a bath/shower and a separate freezer.

i'm a psychology student going into my 4th year at glasgow uni. i previously lived in this flat for 1.5 years before deciding to take a leave of absence earlier this year. now that i've decided to come back i need someone to move back in with me, as my old flatmate has sadly graduated :( i'm mostly an introvert and usually spend my evenings at home chilling, but i do love a cheeky trip to the pub, and love hanging out with my flatmates when we're both in the mood to socialise. i occasionally like having my friends around in the evening, and am more than happy for my flatmate to bring theirs around too :) i would prefer to live with a student of around a similar age, but i'm flexible

bills usually come out to around ~£50 pcm, inc wifi and gas/electricity. any potential applicants will likely need to supply a reference and pass some checks with the lettings agent before being approved.
