We are looking for a tidy/clean person to join our 3 bedroom flat in Hillhead as our flatmate is moving home. Students welcome to enquire if you are wiling to pay Council Tax. Council tax is £73.67/mo each, Wifi+utilities are £57/mo each.
We are two 23 yr old gals who studied together at Uni and now working. We are a very chill flat and enjoy getting drinks, hanging out in the evenings, eating dinner together. We value cleanliness, kindness, and respect in our flat <3 We're an LGBTQ+ inclusive home, and we don't tolerate hate or discrimination of any kind.
The flat is 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. Your room gets gorgeous direct sunlight in the evening- has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, shelves, chair, side table (there's no desk in the photos as current flatmate didn't want it but landlord can bring it back if needed). Landlord is great, we have never had any issues. Our street is just off GWR so Byres rd, Spar, The Belle, Oran Mor, Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op are just around the corner- great location close to Glasgow Uni, Kelvinbridge and Hillhead Subway, Buses 6, 6A, 4, 4A, 7, 7A, 9, 9A, 18, 18A, 57, and 57A, 8.
