Flat with a Cat - tenant needed Sept

The flat is rented out together with its resident cat, Fizz (15y/o female). I as landlord pay for its food, litter etc, but you're responsuble for taking care of it day-to-day. She is a very sweet gentle girl.

The flat is in a lovely quiet residential area just off Maryhill road. 7 mins to a large Tesco Extra, 30 mins to Glasgow University, good bus link to city centre.

There are two bedrooms, total rent is £1050 for the flat, and you will need to decide with the second flatmate how you want to differentiate the rooms/payments, as room 1 is a bigger room with en-suite, room 2 is smaller and has access to the other bathroom. I will put you in touch with him before you can make any decisions. He is a 21y/o Strathclyde student.
There is a large joint kitchen & living area.

The flat will have all the basic furniture in it.. Photos are attached, but bear in mind half of the furniture will be gone, so plenty of free space.

Ideally want someone long-term (I won't be considering shorter than 9 month lets), and someone who likes cats. Highly preferable >20 y/o. Unfortunately Fizz doesn't like other animals so no cats/dogs.

Council tax: C band. The flat is quite well insulated so bills aren't too high.
