Hello all!
I am sadly moving out and am looking for someone new (girlies only plz) to live with my wonderful flatmate in this lovely, 2 bed flat in Hillhead 🤩 Looking to have someone in by 19th Sept so putting in some viewings ASAP!!
Location: great location, right next to Kelvingrove park and Kelvinbridge subway. It’s a 10 mins walk to Byres Road. Alternatively, it’s 25 mins walk to the city centre or 10 mins by bike. The supermarket, Coop, is only 2 mins away - plus Cottonrake bakery v close - what's not to love. We're in council tax band C btw !!
Rent: rent is £700 each month and bills come around £150 (council tax, bills and WiFi) depending on the season.
EDIT - Our landlord ONLY accepts people who are employed full time, so please do not message if you are not a professional as very sadly you won't be approved by our landlord

My name is Natasha and I'm 23 (24 soon!). I work full time in the renewables industry and am in the office 4/5 days. I am a very clean, tidy person who would also love to become pals but appreciate its our own space and time! So ideally looking for another young professional so we can rant about the office together x
In my spare time I like to go hiking, try out new cafes/restaurants - did we mention Cottonrake and Paesano's are just round the corner btw... - and also love the occasional night out (I don't drink but still up for a party!), I'm the one in the pink wig🕺
Also, planning on fostering a cat soon, so looking for another cat lover <3
