Main flat bathroom has shower & bath and there is another shower in my en-suite.

Large living room (East-facing) with a TV, chaise long sofa, bookcase, open-plan kitchen and dinning table, as well a work-from-home desk & monitor that we can coordinate sharing.

Flat stays warm in the winter (energy rating B).

Shared balcony is used to access the 2nd floor flats - a community of friendly neighbours in their 20s. A large patio is shared by the whole building.

Just off Byres Road, 5 min walk to Kelvinhall subway or the university campus.

I’m a young professional, moving to the USA in Feb/March next year. Will also rent out my room after I leave.
