Flatmate for West End Tenement Flat

Looking for a new flatmate to live with me in a spacious West End tenement - ideally a young professional. Need someone to move in at the start of July so please do not reply to this ad if this does not apply to you 😊

About me:

I am an engineer who works in the town centre and my best friend has recently moved out so I am looking for someone with a nice vibe to move into this class flat.

I am a friendly social guy who likes cooking for others, having friends over and watching tv/sports.

It doesn't matter to me your profession, gender or orientation- I just want to ensure our living styles are aligned so when you enquire, please let me know what you value most in a flat share!

About the flat:

* Two minute walk from St George’s Cross Subway station
* 30 minute walk to Central Station (15 if taking the subway)
* Walking distance to anywhere in the West End

The room is furnished (but not decorated) with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and additional storage space.

The flat comes fully furnished with a lovely spacious shared living room with a tv and all major streaming services at no extra cost.

Kitchen is spacious with a small dining area and a window.

Bathroom was recently renovated this year.
