A little about me. I recently graduated in engineering and have just started working full time. I’m sociable and enjoy dinners out, going to bars, and spending time outdoors whether that’s hiking, running or exploring new places. I’m now looking for another young professional to share my flat with.
Ideally you’ll be around 22 to 26, someone who is up for getting to know each other, maybe grabbing dinner sometimes or watching a TV show together. I like to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy and would like someone who feels the same.
The flat is in a great location next to Partick train station and comes with a private parking space if you have a car. It is also within walking distance of Morrisons, Lidl and plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops along Dumbarton Road.
Inside, the flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a living room with a TV and a kitchen. It is fully furnished but I’m happy for you to make changes if you would prefer.
The room will be available from the start of October. Rent is £600 and bills are around £160 per month which covers gas, electricity and council tax.
