Comfortable student room for rent 15 minutes walk from the University of Glasgow. The room is fully furnished with a desk, storage space, double bed and linens. The flat has a shared kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer, bathroom and spacious living room. It is located in a quiet area a short walk from the University, Byres Road and subway stations, less than 5 minutes walk from the Botanic Gardens.

The room is ideal for a single student of any gender. Single semester rentals and international students on exchange are welcome. The flat currently has two occupants, we are final year undergraduate and masters students respectively. We are quiet and tidy people and would appreciate these qualities in any potential flatmate. Animal lovers are especially appreciated as we have two cats!

Bills and Broadband are included in the rent and the property is council tax exempt due to being solely occupied by students.
