Bright, lovely flat in the west end

Hello! I have a double room available to rent in Glasgows West End. The flat is situated less than a 5 minute walk from kelvinbridge subway with plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars and Kelvingrove park nearby. Lidl is a 10 minute walk away.

The room has a double bed, a desk and clothes storage. It is actually a 3 bed property but 1 room needs renovating so only 2 rooms will be in use. Large living room, equipped kitchen, washing machine and bathroom with a bath and shower! There’s a small communal outside area shared with the building.

The room is available October 2025- May 2026. The rent is £600 per month and bills are between £30-60 per month. I am a professional and council tax is band D.
