Double room in beautiful West End flat

Hello! We (Hari (M/32), Haolin (F/27) and Harry (M/27)) are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our amazing flat in Hillhead / Kelvinbridge

The flat is a 5-minute walk from the University of Glasgow and located 1 minute away from Great Western Road. The closest subway stop is Kelvinbridge which is a 10-minute walk and there are plenty of bus routes nearby.

The flat is on the third floor, extremely spacious, and very well maintained. The available bedroom is also roomy, well lit with big windows, hardwood floors and high ceilings.

The kitchen has enough room for 3 people to cook at the same time, with a dining table in a small alcove. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room is charming, with dual-aspect windows and another dining table, perfect for hosting meals! This room gets lots of natural light and is delightful to read/socialise in. There is even a cosy reading nook with views over Kelvingrove Park!

There are two bathrooms, both with shower facilities, and one with a bath.

We are ideally looking for PhD students or older/mature students/professionals to share this flat with, occasionally cook together and catch some films. Ideally, people who balance enjoyment for their own space while being keen to socialise outside of the flat (let’s be friends!).

All three of us are currently PhD students (two in social sciences, one in art) so have fairly busy schedules but enjoy spending time together. We enjoy watching films, making food, and chatting about all sorts! Sometimes we (together or individually) go out for food, music, exhibitions, films, or dancing. Rent is £575 per month, with bills usually coming to around £60 per month.
