Spacious room located in flat which is less then five minutes walk from uni campus, Kelvingrove park and the kelvin bridge metro station making it perfect for students and young professionals based in the city centre.
Looking for someone clean and respectful of shared spaces and noise late at night who is friendly and personable but also happy to be by themselves as we all have quite varying schedules.
Other two flatmates are very heavily into music and gig life whereas if you ask me a love of horror B movies, sci-fi, camp extravaganza and video games is a big bonus!
Sadly no pets allowed and smoking in the flat is normally okay though most of us are in the process of quitting now so being aware and respectful of this is appreciated!
