Large Room in Glasgow West End Flat

Hi there!! Two professional females looking for a new flatmate to share a large top floor traditional sandstone tenement flat. A walk away from Kelvingrove and the Botanical Gardens. Term from Dec to April inclusive.

The cost quoted is inclusive of rent and all bills.

The Flat: furnished, with a large living and dining area. The kitchen is a suitable size and we would share the bathroom.

Parking: There is on street parking which is permitted. Permits are payable on a 3 monthly basis.

The Room: comes furnished with a bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and desk.

Flatmates: We are easy going but tidy and would like to find someone who is the same. We like socialising and having people round, so would need someone who doesn't mind being around or partaking in a weekend blow out every now and again. Equally we are happy in our own space. We like to spend time outdoors and at the gym when we aren't working. We are hybrid workers and have a mixture of working from home and in the office midweek.
