Glasgow West End overlooking Botanics (students)

Hey, We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely top-floor flat overlooking the Botanic Gardens in the West End. It’s in a great location – just a 10 minute walk to the University of Glasgow and with actually the best view over the botanics (worth the staircase climb...).
You’d be moving in with 3 final-year students (2 guys and 1 girl). We’re very sociable and enjoy going out, meeting with new people, pub nights and flat dinners. Ideally, we’d love another girl to keep the balance, but we’re open to a guy too if you’re the right fit.
About the flat:
- All rooms including hallway are very spacious and bright
- Communal living room (xbox, tv and sofas)
- Modern kitchen with plenty of storage, washing machine + dryer
- Bright bathroom
- Fully furnished bedroom (bed, mattress, desk, lamp & wardrobe)
- Rent includes all bills except WiFi (to be discussed when moving in)

What we’re looking for:
- A student (for council tax reasons) – preferably in final years, but not essential
- Someone friendly, sociable, and keen to bring their own vibe to the flat
- Ideally willing to move in as soon as and stay the whole academic year
