Hi! I'm looking for a new flatmate for this two bed cosy flat in Woodlands, Glasgow West End. Rent is around £622 including bills and council tax (band C).
It's in a really good location, two minutes from the St George's Cross subway station, multiple supermarkets within 5 minutes walk and a 15 minute walk to both the University of Glasgow and city centre.
I'm looking for a flatmate who's friendly and tidy - I enjoy flat hang outs while also having our own space, and LGBT+/ally is important. My current flatmate is moving out October 15th, so ideal move in date is from then until November 1st.
