Hello! I am currently looking for a flatmate for my St George’s Cross flat. Ideally looking for a professional due to council tax reasons but happy for a student who wouldn’t mind splitting this. Rent is £547 per month and bills are on a pay per use basis but usually between 30-70 pound each depending on the season. WiFi is £15 each.
About the flat:
The flat is a recently upgraded 2 bed flat between the west end and city centre. It is a 2 minute walk to the subway and great western road and 10 minutes walk to Sauchiehall street. It is two bed and the bedroom is UNFURNISHED however is a decent size for a double bed, desk, etc and has a fitted wardrobe.

My name is Lauren and I am a 24 year old architectural assistant currently working in Glasgow. I am very friendly and like to be pals with my flatmates but equally respect peoples space! I enjoy exploring the city, art, chilling watching films and the occasional night in/night out.
The flat is rented through a letting agent which requires the tenant to ideally have a UK Guarantor. Changing the lease over can take a few weeks so move in date is flexible but isn’t guaranteed. Any questions feel free to ask! Thanks :)
