Hi, I’m a UofG student (and the flat owner) looking for 2 flatmates (girls). The flat is spacious, newly renovated, and fully furnished – big living room with sofa + TV, and a modern kitchen/dining area.

Room 1: £650/month – larger, fully furnished

Room 2: £500/month – slightly smaller, fully furnished

Each room for one person only

The 2 new flatmates will share a bathroom (currently being upgraded)

I live in the 3rd bedroom with my own ensuite → so just 3 people total
