Hello, I am looking for 2 student flatmates to share the flat I am living in. My previous flatmate moved back home to help with his parents. I would prefer to fill the rooms as quickly as possible.
The flat is quite spacious with plenty of storage space given in each room, located in the west end of Glasgow only 15 minutes walk from UofG and 5-10min walk from Partick station.
The flat is fully furnished and each bedroom comes with a double bed, the Kitchen is fully equiped and has a washing machine and dishwasher installed.
There is a small balcony that functions as the entry to the flat and there is a shared garden behind the flat along with locked bikeshed/ store room.
The rent is £600 paid on the 1st of the month which includes gas/elec, water, internet and TV. + 1 month's deposit. The property is tax band C
A quick overview of myself, I am a Strathclyde Graduate (electro mechanical engineering) and will be working during the weeks, I love my sciency topics decently long walks, skiing etc as well as cooking whatever comes to mind when I get hungry.
