Short Term Lease 5 Weeks

I have a room available in the west end (north kelvinside) from 24/10/2025 - 02/12/2025. The room is huge! it's a great space, lots of light and room to move about. Equipped with a king bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe & motorised standing desk! You would be free (and encouraged) to use the piano, guitar and weight set if you would like to. Plenty of bedding and towels etc available for you to use as well

The flat itself is super lovely, very cozy and homely. The loungeroom gets some great sunlight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and appliances, anything you could need!

You would be sharing the flat with Emma, who loves to bake and is completing her masters and working in childcare. Emma's very easy going, tidy and respectful

Easy access to lots of busses running into town, vey quick walk to big tesco and also well located for big lidl. Quick walk down to byres road & great western road.
