Hello, I have a spare room in a flat located in the centre of Finnieston for £543 per month. It's a great location! Only a 2 min walk to Kelvingrove Park and plenty of pubs and cafes like Gloriosa, 78, and Kelvingrove Cafe on your doorstep. It's available from 16th October.
The room available is a master bedroom with an ensuite. The bedroom has a large inbuilt wardrobe and gets loads of natural light in the morning. It also comes furnished and with a parking space. I’m looking for another professional, preferably aged 26-39. Also looking for someone super tidy and clean. Please only message if this suits you!
Unfortunately, I can't allow students due to council tax reasons, or pets due to the letting agreement (this is totally out of my control sadly).
A bit about me, I work in marketing, enjoy seeing my friends, going out for food and drinks, travelling and exploring nature. Looking for someone friendly and laidback, is up for chats and hanging out sometimes, and also happy to do their own thing!
