Gorgeous room in 2 bed flat - Kelvinbridge

Looking for a new flatmate for my 2 bed in Kelvinbridge, Glasgow West End!

My flatmate is moving out due to personal reasons. before her my last flatmate was here for 3 years :)

Looking for someone clean and tidy to replace her!

I’m a professional working at University of Glasgow. Looking for another professional, ideally! I wfh 1-2 days per week.

Bills are usually £60 per month + council tax.
Council tax band is C.

It's a period property in a grade two listed building so we look after the flat and take pride in it :) We're a 3 min walk from the subway which is then a 6 min journey to the city centre.

I'm a bit of an early riser and really value sleep, so would be ideal to have someone else who isn't out late all the time (although I have the odd night out).

I love cooking, reading, music. Looking for someone I can be friends with but equally likes privacy/alone time. If this sounds like you, get in touch!! :) xx
