Flat on Byres road!

Hello! I am about to move out of my flat and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is lovely, big living room, bath, right on Byres road! Lucy (the flatmate staying) is lovely and works in the charity sector. The room available faces onto the garden and therefore is much quieter than facing onto Byres road. The perfect location if you want to live in the west end. Ideally female professional applicants as you do need to split council tax which is band C. Bills are not included. The flat is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Move in date is the 28th of November as rent is payed on the 28th each month.
