Double Room in Glasgow West End Flat

Hello!

We are Áine and Katrina, and we are looking for a flatmate to join us in our 3 bed second floor flat in the heart of Glasgow’s West End. We have been living in the property for over 2 years.

For council tax purposes, we are looking for a young professional. One of us is a dentist and the other is a civil servant both on a 9-5 schedule, however if your routine is different to ours that’s no problem at all :)

We split our bills evenly and pay around £146 each for gas and electricity, wifi, and council tax monthly.

The room available has a large double mirrored built in wardrobe, a double bed, and a desk (but not desk chair).

The shared bathroom has a shower bath, toilet, large mirror, and towel warmer.

The kitchen is fully integrated and was recently updated with a brand new dishwasher, 50/50 fridge freezer and washing machine. It also has a built in microwave, electric oven and hob.

The flat has a spacious open plan kitchen/living area with a dining table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV and we also have a small balcony area.

The windows are single glazed, however the flat tends to stay quite warm as it is located on the top floor. There is gas central heating and a mixer shower.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from the nearest subway station and a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. It’s located very close by to Glasgow University, Byre’s Road, and Great Western Road in the Hillhead area.

We love our flat and are really looking forward to welcoming someone new to join us. During weekends we enjoy going for walks and grabbing a coffee, and having friends over for a catch up.
