Room to rent in 2 bed flat in West End

I am looking for a flatmate to rent the spare room in a 2nd floor tenement flat in the Kelvinside area of the West End. The property is a 5 min walk from the Botanical Gardens and 15 minutes from the University of Glasgow, Hillhead and Kelvin Bridge subways and thus accessible to the town. The flat has two double bedrooms - one is available (south facing with windows to a leafy garden) - a shared lounge with reading snug, a dining kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, and security entry (shared close tenement). The council tax is band C.

I am a clean and tidy professional (Dr in Archaeology) who works in research. I am 27 and male, I will happily live with anyone really (I'm quite used to sharing from fieldwork). I like music (particularly trad!) and getting out hiking, swimming, camping and fishing. I have previously shared the flat with women over the past 5 years - and can provide references from them/their details to ask about me... I sometimes work from the lounge - but would be happy to share the table I use as a workspace there, or adjust my habits to work from elsewhere.

Ideally I'd like to share with a professional or student in the same rough age bracket who is fairly social!
