Room takeover in West End - January 2026 onwards

I am looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat in the West End as of January 2026! The room is furnished, as is the rest of the flat which has a great location.

It is 10 minute walking distance to Uni of Glasgow, 3 minutes to St George’s Cross subway station, 20 minutes to city center, 4 minutes to Sainsbury’s and 10 minutes to Lidl.

We are looking for someone clean who we can have a (alcoholic or non) pint ect with / good housing communication. It is a creative and friendly house, we are all active in the city with art / film activities so welcome any creatives :-). As we all are busy we respect each other’s time and space and it’s not a loud house outside of social hours.

It is in woodlands which has various food shops and bars. You will be living with 3 very lovely people in their mid 20s - 2 students and a working person. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.

A bit about the flat mates:

I’m Imogen - a 27y/o masters student in experimental film / media art doing research in sound so looking to live with creative film / sound / music people! Ive lived in Glasgow Southside for the last two years and deffo settled in the city but I needed to move west for the transport links and proximity to uni (plus also just want to see a different area of the city!). in my spare time I try to get over to walk on the islands as much as possible / go to the GFT. Weekends if I have time and energy I’m a big gig gal / pub but also really enjoy house cooking. Will be working a lot so will need solo time but yeah would love to live in a social house :-) have lots of good house equipment also as have been up here and come with projector, some music equip. I lived in Manchester/ Barcelona/ London always in house shares and have always had really positive experiences with it :-)
