Double room G12 - bills included

Hello,

I have a room available from second week of November. I have friends coming for visit from 27-29/12’. Because of that 3 day gap in Dec, I am also considering anyone wants short term let for 1 month from November to 25/12. But if you need the room in /from January, you r not affected.

Initially, I prefer short term let before committing to longer term lodger.

The flat is in very quiet and convenient location:

- 4m walk to Anniesland train station with links to Glasgow center every 10-15m (2 train lines to the center so if one breaks down, you can use the other, line via Partick takes you 12-15m to Queen street or Central station, line via Maryhill takes 21m to Queen Street), Direct train to Edinburgh
- 2m walk to bus 6, 15, M4 to Glasgow Uni (12-15m bus journey), to the center and Loch Lomond, …
- 6m walk to Lidl, Morrison
- 13m walk to M&S, Asda
- 25m walk the Botanics or to retail park with Tool Station, Screw Fix,…
- Cafes, Restaurants, charity shops in Anniesland cross within 5-10m walk
- Parking available

Rent is £600 a month (or £150 per week). Bills are included with cap (£40 per week - £160 per month for electricity and gas is covered in the rent - meaning if the electricity and gas expenses exceed this amount, we will split the difference. - this cap is for us not to waste energy).

I am working mostly at the office and will be home in the evening. I am quiet, tidy and respect your space but I also enjoy chatting some times when I am not too busy with work.

The flat is furnished with dehumidifiers for drying clothes and robot vacuum to clean. We’ll share the kitchen / common room and bathroom.
